Miroslav "Mickey" Lovric

Miroslav “Mickey” Lovric, (59), passed away on September 2, 2023, in Amarillo, TX.  Mickey was born in Bosnia on January 29, 1964.  Mickey was the only child of Ivo and Bozalia Lovric.  He came to the United States in 1998.  He worked for the Glass Inc. Company as an installer. 

Mickey was liked by all who knew him.  He loved to visit and talk to anyone and everyone.  He liked to spoil the grandchildren of his friends Azemina Ibrahimovic and husband Darko Sistov.  Allan, Savannah, Tessa enjoyed his attention—he bought and paid for anything they wanted. 

Mr. Lovric is preceded in death by his parents.  His mother passed away last year.  He is survived by his best friends, Azemina Ibrahimovic and husband Darko Sistov. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel at 1505 Martin Road.  Graveside service will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Dr. Mark Welshimer of Faith Southwest United Methodist Church officiating.
